Tasting Notes
With hues of pale straw, the 2023 Nordic Frost Riesling has a nose flourishing with vibrant aromas of mandarin zest and fresh lemon. On the palate you will find refreshing notes of mandarin and white nectarines with bright acid that carries you through to a salivating lemon lime finish.
Winemaker Notes
The 2023 Riesling was produced to showcase the freshness and varietal characteristics of the fruit. Picked at optimal ripeness then slowly cold fermented with a specially selected yeast strain to maximize production of aromatics for 20 days to maintain the fresh fruit characters.
