Summer in the Vineyard

We have been busy outside, summer pruning, mowing, training young vines and monitoring growth!  We’ve been able to ensure our vines get through the humid spring and the season ahead is looking wonderful, so we are very excited with what 2021 promises so far. 

We have broken ground on the hillside where our new vineyard will be planted.  Jim is out there every day making sure things will be ready for next spring, the soil is rested and rich leaving us all very excited to taste the fruit to come!

Nets will be going up soon, we aim to protect the early ripenning varieties and make sure the birds don't get to the grapes before us!
